East Barnwell shortlisted for Future Place at this year’s Pineapple Awards
We’re thrilled to announce that our East Barnwell development has been shortlisted for Future Place at this year’s Pineapple Awards.
The Pineapples are the only awards dedicated to celebrating excellence in placemaking and place-led initiatives.
With a strong focus on projects that deliver positive social, environmental and economic impact, the awards champion places that enrich urban life and encourage people to live, work, dwell and play.
Our East Barnwell development is delivering 120 new council homes in the Abbey Ward of Cambridge, creating much-needed high-quality, affordable housing. It will also include a community centre, library, pre-school, and commercial units across two phases, designed to foster a thriving, active community hub for residents and workers in the area.
A fantastic achievement for the whole team involved. The winners will be announced on 22nd April.
