National Apprenticeship Week: meet Emily at Fanshawe Road

During National Apprenticeship Week, we’re shining a spotlight on Emily, one of our dedicated degree apprentices on The Hill Group’s Management Trainee Programme, based at our Fanshawe Road development in Cambridge.

Degree apprenticeships truly offer the best of both worlds. Emily works on-site four days a week, gaining hands-on, real-world experience, while also studying towards her degree. This blend of practical learning and academic study means she can apply her knowledge immediately, building valuable professional skills from day one.

Programmes like this also open doors in a way that traditional routes sometimes can’t. Degree apprentices earn a salary, avoid student debt, and develop industry experience alongside achieving a recognised qualification, setting them up for long-term career success.
