Four aging council maisonettes were replaced with 15 energy efficient new council homes consisting of 3 new homes and 12 apartments with designated parking.

Sustainability Features
- Photovoltaic solar panels and a green roof included in the design of the apartments.
- A bug hotel has been incorporated into the project to provide shelter for insects, and we planted 21 new trees and seeded wildflower meadows.
