Winner at the Regional LABC Award for Best Small Social Housing Development

We are delighted to announce that our Fen Road development has been named Best Small Social Housing Development in East Anglia at the Regional LABC Awards.

Delivered alongside Borrowdale and Ditton Fields, the scheme provides 21 Passivhaus council homes through funding agreements with Homes England, supporting the creation of new, energy-efficient council homes across the city for people on low to middle incomes.The Fen Road development includes 12 low-carbon homes:

• 8 two-bedroom homes
• 2 three-bedroom homes
• 1 three-bedroom wheelchair-accessible home
• 1 four-bedroom wheelchair-accessible home
