City development sites and projects underway by CIP

The Wulfstan Way site was one of five garage sites to be completed by the partnership.

The development provides two 2-bed and one 3-bed Council rented houses with off-street parking.

The has been built simultaneously with the other CIP sites at Queens Meadow, Markham Close, Colville Garages and Gunhild Way.

Architect: Mole Architects

Sustainability: Green features include photovoltaic solar panels, reduced water consumption (110 litres per person per day), 19% carbon emission reduction on part L of Building Regulations (2013).
