Anstey Way

Anstey Way is the first completed development for the partnership which was established three years ago in a bid to tackle the affordable housing shortage across Cambridge.

The development has replaced 26 aging council homes that were previously on the site with 56 one, two and three bedroom council rented apartments for local residents.

The completed development contains 17 one-bed flats, 37 two-bed flats and two three-bed flats. Off-street parking is included in the design as well as tree and landscaping provision.

Architect: Rock Townsend

Sustainability: Green features include photovoltaic solar panels, mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR), 19% carbon emission reduction on part L of Building Regulations (2013).
