Gunhild Way

We have now completed our Gunhild Way Garage Site. This garage site is situated to the rear of residential properties on Gunhild Way and was identified for redevelopment as part of the Council’s Land Audit.

The completed development provides two 2-bed council rented houses, including gardens and off-street parking.

The site has been built simultaneously with the other CIP sites at Queens Meadow, Markham Close , Wulfstan Way and Colville Garages.

Sustainability: Green features include photovoltaic solar panels, reduced water consumption (110 litres per person per day), 19% carbon emission reduction on part L of Building Regulations (2013).
